Poker Should Cost You
Only What You Planned

Every reward on this website is designed to make a hobby better value. None of them is designed to make you play longer than you meant to.

Set A Load Cap

Tell the desk a weekly maximum and we apply it to your account the same day. We will not raise it early, whatever you message us later in the week.

Take A Cool-Off

Ask for a break of a week, a month or longer. Your account is frozen for that period and no loads are accepted, from you or from anyone else.

Close The Account

Ask us to close your membership permanently and we will, after paying out any chip balance you hold. No retention offers, no talking you round.

The basics

  • Membership is for adults aged 18 or over. We remove any account we find to belong to a minor and return the balance.
  • Decide what an evening of poker is worth to you before you sit down, and treat that number as the cost of the entertainment.
  • Never play with money set aside for rent, bills, education, medical costs or anyone else's needs.
  • Never borrow to play — not from a lender, not from friends, not on a credit line.
  • Losses are not owed back to you. Increasing stakes to "make it back" is the most expensive habit in this game.

Signs worth taking seriously

  • You play longer or for more than you planned, most times you sit down.
  • You hide how much you play or how much you have lost from people close to you.
  • You play to escape stress, low mood, boredom or loneliness rather than for the game itself.
  • Sleep, work, studies or relationships are being affected.
  • You have borrowed money, sold something, or dipped into savings to keep playing.

If more than one of those is familiar, treat it as worth acting on now rather than later. Ask us for a cool-off, and consider speaking to a doctor, counsellor or a qualified support service in your area — this is a common problem with well-established help, and asking early makes it far easier to deal with.

What we do at our end

  • We apply any limit, cool-off or closure you ask for, and we do not reverse it early.
  • We do not advertise to members who are on a cool-off or who have closed their account.
  • We do not offer credit, and we do not allow one member to fund another member's play.
  • If our desk sees a pattern that worries us — sharply rising loads, long unbroken sessions, chasing after big losses — we will raise it with you directly.
  • We verify age at joining and act immediately on any report that an account belongs to someone under 18.

Protecting people who are not playing

If someone in your household plays and it is affecting you, contact the desk. We will act on a credible request to freeze or close an account, and we will not disclose that you contacted us to the account holder.
